I’m looking for information on Helena (Bal) Rosenfeld. She was born in about 1929 in Poland; we were told she was in a camp during the war, but we’re not sure where or when. She married Izaak Rosenfeld and had three children: Rozalia (Rose), Eugeniusz (Eugene/Gene), and Edward. They emigrated to the U.S. around 1969. She died about 2017 in Brooklyn, New York.
I am unable to find any records on her life in Poland. Her paper trail seems to start in the U.S., so we would love to see her birth certificate, marriage license, the kids’ birth certificates, her parents’ and siblings names, and any information about her time during the holocaust.
