Grandfather 1. Open

My Grandfather ( Franciszek Marzec) was born in Trespol Poland……..July 15 1890…..he came to the United States in October 1 1912, they changed his name to Frank March……..I don’t have any information on his family or his parents and I want to know more. Can anyone help me??
