I’m trying to find out about my family history in Poland. My grandfather, Leo Januszewski, lived in New York; I’m not sure if he ever lived in Poland or not. My father and sister have passed and they did not speak about their parents. None of my cousins know who came over or when.

I have learned that Januszewski is somewhat a common name in Poland, so I know it may be difficult to find anything out. My grandmother’s name was Violet and she was from Armenia; just like my grandfather – no sure when she came over or anything.
