My great grandfather was Moses Nirenstein. I believe he left* for the United States with his family which included my grandfather Nathan Nirenstein in the early years of the 20th century. They settled in Hartford, Connecticut and then Springfield, Massachusetts
*We are unclear whether he left with the family or sent them to the United States.
