My 3rd great grandfather came to the usa at the age of 9 and he was born in Stettin now Szczecin. Where do I find birth records . ? In germany. Or in Poland?Dziękuję Ci

    My grandfather was called Henryk Banert and his wife was Eugenia They had two daughters Irena and Anna and they lived in Lodz. My grandmother and girls were taken by the germans to work in germany in the late 30s or early 40s. They arrived in Australia in 1949. We do not if there are any relatives still in Poland or what happened to the relatives. Thankyou
